A BIT OF HISTORY

Leeds station as it is today was made in 1938 by merging two older stations, Leeds New and Leeds Wellington, and it has been rebuilt twice since. Underneath it, the River Aire runs through the Dark Arches, the Victorian vaults the station sits on. It’s the busiest station in Yorkshire.
